We are located in Kirkland, where there are a few nearby registration offices: Eastside Auto Licensing in Kirkland (appointment only), Woodinville License Agency, and Bel-Red Auto License in Bellevue (no appointment, walk-in before 3 pm). For offices that don't take appointments, expect a potentially long wait. The process is straightforward. Bring all necessary materials and some money: an application form (download, print, fill out, and sign from the government website), a receipt with sales tax, a receipt with HIN(or a printed HIN photo), MSO. The title will be mailed to your address. You can also pay extra for an immediate quick title.
